I have been very sick for the past 2 weeks and am missing this week as well making it a total of 3 full weeks I just got done with a 6 moth cycle. When I get back into the gym how bad off will I be as far as strength and mass? I will be starting my PCT at the end of this week which would be 3 weeks after my last test, deca and EQ injection. I am starting my cutter in 2 months but my question is, how much dido u think i will have lost? Thanks-Yam
Well most of that stuff is still tapering out of your system so that will help some. You'll probably notice some strenght loss and probably a few pounds but that should be mostly water weight. Think positive.
Test and Deca are long acting. You will probably get to the gym and notice a slight strength loss. next time in the gym, you should be back fully, even though you're off the gear. Test and deca will take a few weeks to get out of your system.

How much strength and weight you lose is mostly dependent upon how much food you can hold (or not hold) down. Have you been vomiting and suffering from the shyts? If so, you'll tend to lose a lot more than a typical runny nose/congested, fever, chills type sickness.
The first week back in the gym after an extended sickness (for me a week or two) is the most trying. My strength will be significantly down and I'll be lacking motivation, but I just push through and things are back up to par and running smoothly within a short time frame. It's that first week back that is killer.
In your case, you have those long acting esters that'll still be in your system, so you shouldn't lose too much body mass. The important thing is to try to ingest protein no matter how difficult an endeavor it may seem.
no vomiting but i havent been eating that much...appetite is very weak..im expecting the first 2 weeks back to be hell but ohh well..thanx for the replies...i feel much better now
Probably a good bit. Think about it, you didn't eat for crap for three weeks, didn't train for three weeks and as soon as you start back, all of you aas has already reached it's half life. I would say you are going to drop pretty good. Hell, I've been sick mid cycle for a couple weeks and it would take me two weeks to get it back. So, yes, you are going to have to leave your ego at home because you are going to lose strength and size. The worst time you could ever slack on diet and training is right after your cycle is over. You mentioned that you are about to start pct, that's the time you really need to be going balls to the walls with training AND diet to maintain what you gained. But, you are doing the exact opposite so you can just plan on losing both size and strength, it's just how things work.

Don't worry bro, strength is an ego thing unless you are a PLer. The size you lose will be less than the strength you lose. The best thing, if you can, would be to extend your cycle a couple weeks to get you past this. This way, you don't lose as much. IMO. Even if it's a low does of something, just to get you past this sick phase, that would help alot.

if you ran deca for 6 months, you will ave one hell of a time recovering...ouch! plan on losing some gains
Only ran the deca for the last 12 weeks at 300/week. Been taking 50-100mg of proviron throughout entire cycle as well as well as hcg and anastrozole...i should be good...should i start on the tribulus now at 3-4 grams a day throughtout pct as well as the proviron and clomid and anastrozole until im done with PCT?
