Get regular check ups when you're on
Design a good diet in writing and stick to it. Like the above folks said before, diet is 90% key.

never shoot sustenon into your delt

always plan post cycle, not just the usual clomid/tamoixfen stuff but everything down to the last mineral

lower your volume slightly at the end of a cycle and up you intensity

      10g of glutamine daily

      nutrition and diet are paramount

      aas is not a miracle

have your training down before attempting a cycle

lots more if I thought about it hard enough!

Don't fall out of your training regimen after your cycle is over. It was too much work and $$ to get lazy and let it go bye bye.

Very good point. You HAVE to come off even yhough it can be very tempting to just stay on. Staying on can have serious, SERIOUS consequences. I usually take at least 3 months off. This time I've been off for 8 months and am just now feeling weaker. Diet is the key. My diet has gotten off track through the Holidays and DIRECTLY affects my performance in the gym and on the Mat.

You aren't the only one whose diet has sidetracked during the holidays...LoL

We're hosting people at our homes. We're visiting relatives and friends, etc. etc. etc. It's not like we can get up from a turkey feast with all the trimmings and excuse ourselves to go whip up a protein shake instead. Then there's always tons of leftovers. We're going out to the mall and stopping at Applebees for a bite to eat after shopping. It goes on and on. Atleast I have a little bit of self-control and don't slide totally off track. However, suffice to say my abs are not in peak condition this time of year.

Keep it simple. I dont grow anymore on exotic crap then i do on a simple Test Deca d-bol cycle. I wish i had learned that one quicker i wasted alot of money.
