this exercise can also be done on the cable machine, more controllable, makes a great super set anyway...
im rowing 130 with the bar, but can only do about 80-90 with the cable. im assuming its the constant tension on the cable that keeps the workout weight lower.

try em on the smith. Keep it nice and slow negative. Really takes the sway out. I never used the cables but I assume the same would be true. It hurts me the most when I try and go to fast. The momentum at the bottom is what gets my shoulders hurting.TEAMSKIP

i love seeing the veins pop in my shoulders and all down my arms.... its refreshingly freakish
