      Upright rows are very hard on my wrists... they can also be tough on your rotator cuff so you have to be careful.

        one of my favorites i love seeing the veins pop in my shoulders and all down my arms.... its refreshingly freakish

          im rowing 130 with the bar, but can only do about 80-90 with the cable. im assuming its the constant tension on the cable that keeps the workout weight lower.

            try em on the smith. Keep it nice and slow negative. Really takes the sway out. I never used the cables but I assume the same would be true. It hurts me the most when I try and go to fast. The momentum at the bottom is what gets my shoulders hurting.
