Phuck glute shots..

My godness, now I really hate these glute shots.. I mean I do shots ED for phucking 12wks.. and I just inject everywhere I can.. pretty much.. but lately my glutes hurt as hell, very sore and you can feel the lumps.. I'm not doing 'em ever again.

I love glute shots! They are the least painless for me. I hate quads! Lately i just do glutes, lats, delts and traps!!!

Have you tried hitting the minimus? i inject there more than i do maximus...it's way easier if you ask me and when it's not ready then i go to the maximus.

i do lats, delts, triceps, biceps, pecs, quads even tried traps and calfes.. but glutes are becoming hard to reach.. i got alot wider..so wont do them again.

Odd, glute shots should be the best place to hit. They hold the most oil and have the least amount of nerves.

How often you injecting in glutes?

How much oil you injecting?

What size needle and how long is needle?

Where on the glutes are you injecting?

Where about on this pic are you hitting?

I never have a prob, just so your alternating sites and shooting deep 1.5" almost all the way in.

well i use 23" guage 1.5 for glutes... and was using 25" 1" pin for everything else but now I'm using 1.5" 23 guage for everything cuz I have no 25' 1" anymore.. they are on its way..

and since i mix tren with prop its 1cc in each glute.. and I hit the perfect spot.. I say every 3 or 4 days I hit em..

Quads are all I inject on this cycle so far, here towards the end im going to add some glute, and delt injects as I get more comfortable with the single handed angle shots.
