I've done 2 small cycles in the past 4 years (test250/deca 10 weekers). I've been off for quite some time now due to shoulder problems. I want to start again but am worried abt pain issues. EDITED

Please be careful on how you word what you are asking. Read the rules. RX pain meds with out a prescription from a medical doctor are illegal and are not safe to talk about on open boards like this.
On the other hand, try some ibuprofen and ice after your workout. RX pain meds also inhibit muscle growth and recovery.

What is your source of the prob you have with pain in the shoulders? Most drs with tell you to use Ibuprofen/Motrin before prescribing drugs. If, as you know, you are not giving your shoulders prob time enough to heal, you will re-injure it. Better to wait the recommended time first b4 doing any kind of excercise that will be involved with the shoulders.Comment
