Conducting Business with Sponsors
We here at Fitnessgeared strive to bring you the best sponsors we can. I, along with every other mod, do this "job" for free. We care about this board, it's members, and the community as a whole, and all of us are willing to go out of our way to help you in any way we can, but we need some help from you in return and it isn't even that hard. It's just going to require some common business etiquette.
If you don't know about the prodcut you ordered, please don't post a thread questioning the sponsor or the quality of the sponsor's product they offer. It makes the sponsor look bad when you do that. For every 20 "bumps" a sponsor gets, all it takes is one B.S. thread questioning them for it to have people cast doubt upon them and their products. When in all actual reality you could of just avoided this and taken it to PM's or an email, the way it should be done.
If the sponsor doesn't ship the product the day you ordered it, please don't start a thread about it asking the sponsor what is going on and/or where is your product. The sponsors all have lives just like we do. Please give them the chance to get the order out in a timely fashion.
All our sponsors are trustworthy, their products and services are top notch. If for some reason you are having an issue, the way to handle this would be to simply either e-mail or PM the sponsor, then also throw a word to us in the PRIVATE QUESTIONS forum so we know what is going on and can stay on top of it for you.
We don't need threads popping up left and right questioning our sponsors when we haven't ever even had a legitimate *****. If there is a problem, we WILL tell you. I, nor anyone else, will stake our reputation as a member of this community by keeping information from you if there is indeed a problem.
Remember, the sponsors pay our bills for us to have this nice board, so please treat them with respect.
