Maybe it's the begining stages of a goiter.... and if i'm right it's only going to get larger. Goiters are usually on the neck and cheeks....good luck.

The fact that its cutting off his air supply isn't good and if its the size of a baseball in that short of time then this guy may be in some serious trouble. it still baffles me on why the docs didn't think of this first. the location is right on the money and everything. The spider bite thing is obviously not it, there would be a puncture mark whereas the goiter wouldn't have one.
