I had mine checked today...wow was I suprised! Everyone has been making comments about how I was looking lately but today the truth was in the numbers. I know its not much to brag about but I was at 16%...down from 24%. Tren/Omna/Igf/Hgh/Eq must be working some wonders on me cause I"m feeling great and getting stronger everyday. The trainer in my gym today wants me to be his project starting June 1st and he swears that he'll have me ripped by July 1st. Down to 8% BF. He's writing my diet and going to be putting together my workout/cardio routine soon. I can't wait to get started!!!

what kind of diet are you on now? im looking for an anti catabolic diet for my next cycle. im really having a hard time thinking of what my diet should look like. my best plan is just to eat "good" foods and no snacks with tons of cardio.
tried low carb, but it was too catabolic for me.body building gerbil
