        how is that exactly? it's legislation that is going into effect in november...

        this doesn't affect where you keep your gear or who your source is, this affects you if you get caught. the whole point is to make users aware of newer, stiffer penalties for possession.

        if this passes, 1 tablet = 1 unit. like in my original post, if you have 1000 dbols you will be charged with 1000 units under the new guidelines, whereas right now you would only be charged with 200 units. so you will easily get in to the realm of a federal offense (with intent to distribute).

        and, like with other drugs, they will look up the penalties for how many units you have been caught with, go across the chart, and set the penalty from the book. the judge will have no discretion.

        3000 units (easily one or two cycles worth of gear under the new guidelines) will equal a "level 12" offense, similar to:

        Base offense Level 12:
        Less than 5 G of Heroin (or the equivalent amount of other Schedule I or II Opiates);
        Less than 25 G of Cocaine (or the equivalent amount of other Schedule I or II Stimulants);
        Less than 250 MG of Cocaine Base;
        Less than 5 G of PCP, or less than 500 MG of PCP (actual);
        Less than 2.5 G of Methamphetamine, or less than 250 MG of Methamphetamine (actual), or less than 250 MG of "Ice";
        Less than 2.5 G of Amphetamine, or less than 250 MG of Amphetamine (actual);
        Less than 50 MG of LSD (or the equivalent amount of other Schedule I or II Hallucinogens);
        Less than 2 G of Fentanyl;
        Less than 500 MG of a Fentanyl Analogue;
        At least 2.5 KG but less than 5 KG of Marihuana;
        At least 500 G but less than 1 KG of Hashish;
        At least 50 G but less than 100 G of Hashish Oil;
        At least 2,500 but less than 5,000 units of Schedule I or II Depressants or Schedule III substances;
        At least 156 but less than 312 units of Flunitrazepam;
        40,000 or more units of Schedule IV substances (except Flunitrazepam).

        and the guideline range for sentencing on level 12 offenses is 12-16 months. depending on the individual's record, it could lead to actual jail time or none at all.

        the point is that the penalties for users who get caught will no longer be a slap on the wrist and a wad of cash. now jail time is a real possibility as well.

                      You know what else pisses me off about this...it's guys like us who will get screwed if caught. But, some multi million dollar athlete gets caught and I bet his ass only does community service and pay a fine. It's total BS. They are focusing on the wrong drugs and not focusing on the worst one of all, tobacco. They need to get their head out of their asses and crack down on heroin and crack dealers.

                              Excellent point! And that may be where we are headed. Plastic surgery that is. Think about it, just go get pec implants, calf implants or whatever implants you may need and just train normally. LOL

                              What cracks me up is the FDA will approve Botox, which is toxic, for injection so people can look better. But, they don't want to allow aas because why, oh yeah I remember, because guys are hitting too many home runs in a season.

                              You know, I don't pay $100 a seat to go see a football game to watch some dude who is 190 pounds run a 4.8 40. I want to see a 250 pound guy running a 4.4 40 and crush everyone on the field. Or, I want to see home runs, lots of them for the price I pay to sit at the stadium. Here's what's going to happen in the long run. Athletes are eventually going to go back to natural to protect their careers and the stats are going to go back in time about 30 years and yet they are going to want us to pay even more to watch them play at normal human strength. No thanks.
