  • Best Work-out while on a Cycle???

    I'm about to start up another cycle and wanted to hear what people had to say about what work-out split works best while on gear.

    Last time I almost exclusively focused on the core exercises (bench, squat, pull-ups, dips, curls) and did each exercise twice a week at 5-8 reps for 3-5 sets. I had pretty good results. Thinking about doing basically the same thing this time around.

    Any feedback/input???

    I dont switch workouts while on. Adding more volume is a pretty common mistake. You would be better served to focus more on diet to get the most out of the gear.

      I don't change anything either just add more calories to my diet

              id say that for the most part hes right about over training...but he focuses more on a powerlifter perspective compared to a bodybuilder...i started to read it and made a decision in my head that he must be a powerlifter...then i read halfway into the post that he was and it was no surprise to me.....seemed like he was more concerned with numbers and how much u can lift to muscle maturity and seperation....

                i would do a 3 day split, push, pull, legs and abs. 3 on 1 off.
                so chest and triceps
                back and biceps
                shoulder and legs

                  wene legs
                  thur shoulders
                  frida arms

                  heavy weights wt 5-7 reps.
                  take 2 mns rest between each set and eat adn sleeppppppppppppp

                    and like mikey said go heavy and yes rest and eat and eat and eat

                          for me i prefere everyother day, a heav lifting day followed by a full 24 hours to repair and feed the muscles but on juice i do a 2 day on 1 day off.. is this a waste of gh and juice? i always get sooo sore though and if i go to much i get tired and not so strong...
