    You think you will see a dramatic dif with 4iu 5 on 2 off for 6months? It is waht iam trying to weigh out, the # of IU for the max benefit. If money were not a big object, would you still run it the same?

      sonny, that is called dieting and NO CHEATING..trust me, it works and cardio as well....aas and gh and what have u will give the bodybulder look, but 2 loose the shiat, its all about what u eat, and what u eat and when u eat

        i did it last time wt t3, anadrol, test, eq and slin bulkign and it worked out great, but i had to do it for long time..igf's results were much faster to me..
        but this time wt test, deca, winny, t3 clen and halo, and igf1, basicallu cutting and i'am sure at 4isu gonna be great..
        but I WAS RICH AND MONEY WAS NOT AN OBJECT, I WOULD RUN 10 IUS A DAY ALL YEAR

            Yeah, I've been only eating rice cakes, tuna, protein shakes, almonds and peanut butter! I do cardio 4 to 5 days a week!

                    are u taking any thermos???? get the redline by vpx the gel caps and take it 3 tbs on empty stomach 30mns b4 cardio
                    and do cardio mornng and after gym for 30mns and u will the gut..TRUST ME

                          You didnt ask me but Ill answer. Im running 5ius ED, every two weeks Ill skip 2 days in a row. Money is not an issue with me, and I choose to run it this way.

                            I started using clen and syntheselen last week. This is my 2nd week on clen. I just started taking 100mcg's today. I'll try that VPX redline during the 2 weeks off. I wish I could do cardio first thing in the morning but I can't. I just do 1 hour of cardio around 7pm right after my workout. It's going to take me a few months but I will get through it!!!

                              try this: take 3 caps redline the gel caps 30 msn b4 workout and IMMEDIATELY TAKE 2 CLEN AFTER CARDIO AND WAIT ANOTHER HOUR AND TAKE ONE MORE TB
