              I skipped class and went to buy some of that VPX redline. I only took 2 caps since it's my first time. I was sweating like a horse after doing my first set of bench. Then I got on the eliptical machine for cardio. My target heartrate for fat burn session is 127bpm. Which I don't reach until I get around 5.6/5.8 mph. Well I reached 127bpm when just going 3.3 mph. I felt like I was going in slow motion but my heart was beating so fast. Good stuff! I didn't get any jitters though. Not even with the 100mcg of Clen. I guess the 1500mg of taurine, 300mg of Potassium Gluconoate and the 1800mg of Alpha Lopaic(sp?) Acid works!!!

                amen..i don't take higher than 3 caps a day. no need for 6 unless u are toooo fat overweight.... if that is the case, take 3 morning and 3 b4 gym..i take 3 caps in morning time and yes u won't shake like clen which is a good thing, and when i do cardio incline 10 and speed 3.3, my heart rate this mornign when from 109 to 164 in 30mns... and u will feel warm all day

                    It's an online class which is video taped and I can download the notes and watch it any time I please. They just tape it at a certain time so you can attend the class or just watch it via the internet. I usually watch it over the internet! So technically I didn't miss class!

                      Damn!!! You let your heart get up to that rate? That is a bit of an overstress don't you think? What is your normal resting pulse?

                                thank u , but for real, try treadmill incline it at 10 and speed at 3.5 and u will see what i mean, u will be soaked big time and watch ur heart rate as well ..
