    Re: next one

i have ran eq in both previous cycles. one was 10 weeks and the other was 20. the results from 10 weeks were great. i think 12-14 would be sufficient, from previous experience. i will end with prop no matter what to get pct in quickly.

But, for me, EQ is about keeping the tendons helathy and strong. Thus, it's a must, IMO. Too many guys get injuries that would have been avoided with even as little EQ as 200-300 mg/wk. We rarely actually tear muscles, we usually tear tendons. I've read the studies on it, it increases the collegen for tendons like 300 and something percent. That was at 200 mg/wk, so that's enough to counter any potential tendon probs, IMO.
It takes almost 3 weeks to clear, but it is not staying constant so say you are doing 600mg/wk of EQ and it takes almost 3 weeks to clear to start PCT. You won't have 600mg/wk for long. It will drop about 200mg/wk (estimate). So yes it does stay 'active' for awhile, but not fully.
