If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
At that dosage of test I wouldn't think that it would do much. It has been 3 months since I have been off of my first cycle and I have yet to see any loss. I am actually a bit stronger now than the last few weeks of my cycle. BUT I am by no means an expert Just my opinion.
If you really want to cut why are you using just test? I mean I don`t know your cycle experience or anything like that but I think if you want to loose weight in the midsection and trade fat for muscle, while loosing more fat overall (what is your BF% anyway) Sounds like a job for different chemicals.
If I run 250 mg Test E per week for 8 or 10 weeks....what is too much cardio?? I've read and heard that too much cardio actually enlarges the heart as it is a muscle.
I was thinking running 1-2 miles for 2 times a week.
Lifting 5 days a week...with at least 2 days being Circuit training.
Riding the bike for 30-45 mins days I lift.
Playing Basketball 2 times a week. Like 3-5 pickup games going about 80%.
