  • New Year Cutting Cycle

    First my stats...

    21 yrs
    6'0
    217
    38 inch waist


    In all honesty, I will probably get flamed for this, but the goal of my cycle isn't to have huge gains...I want a great cutting cycle.

    I would like to be 205 when finished...hopefully dropping 20 lbs and gaining 7 or so back of added muscle.

    wks 1-8 200 mg Test Enanthate
    wks 3-4 Clen not sure how much to take corresponding to my test
    wks 5-6 HCG
    wks 7-8 Clen
    wk 9 HCG
    wks 11-13 Clomid 300 day 1, 100 2-11, 50 12-21.

    Plan to lift 4 days a week 45mins -1 hour of circuit lift
    Plan to do cardio 4 days a week 45 mins.
    Also, been playing a lot of basketball to get back in shape (not included in my cardio) would this be a good idea to continue with on cycle??? Too much cardio I've read could mess up the heart?

    diet, save that gear and when you feel your lean enough use the gear to put on muscle

      I can't save the gear...January is the only time I can cycle...sports testing reasons.

      I gained a lot of weight due to injury...mostly in my midsection, my stomach, hips, and ass.

      I plan to go on an extreme diet...but want the test and clen in place to help.

      150-180 protein a day still...Heavy on the Greens, no potatoes or noodles. Light bread...Only white rice as Carbs.

      I guess I would like to think of this as a kick start cycle to assist in my diet and cutting me back up...then train until next season...and hit a major cycle for muscle mass after.

      I need loss of weight and flexibility more than anything at this point!

          Bro no test is needed. Just eat clean, do cardio and after about two to three months (if you aren't still satisfied with your results) then add clen and T3. Like Skar said save the gear for when you want to put on mass.

            um i see. welll yeah i would up the test and lose fat and get some muscle at the same time... and wayyy up the protein

              first of u..like what skar said u need t diet first....gears will help u to lose weight while dieting...ok?
              IF U ARE INSISTED TO USE TEST AND CLEN..I WOULD TELL U HOW TO USE EM BUT THERE IS A LOT OF WAY OF DOING BY ADDING AND REMOVING COMPOUNDS
              TEST HAS TO BE 10 TO 12 WEEKS...12 WEEKS IS BETTER
              FOR CLEN IS 2 WEEKS ON AND 2 WEEKS OFF AND U CAN RAN IT NO MORE THAN 60-80MCG A DAY AND SPLIT TEH DOSAGES.
              HCG ON WEEK 14 ALONG W CLOMID.

                  also up the test to 500mg/week bro your diet needs a complete overhaul. you need to be taking in atleast 200grams of protein and i say atleast for a reason 300 would be ideal. white rice is not a good form of carbs long grain brown rice would be much better i think you need to do some more reading and get your diet in check before you add gear because if your diet is crap you still won't lose weight whether your on gear or not

                    A good diet and some cardio is all you need to lose some weight to have an average bodyfat.

                          Forget the hcg, or if you have too run 500IU 3 times ew for the two wks prior to pct. I agree with Rado in a way, if you are looking for less of water retension i would use prop instead of enathate if you are looking for more of a lean mass and i personally would add stan at the end and even run eq with the prop @ 500mg/wk. It is all personal decision, but i really think you need to do alittle more homework before jumping into cycle so you know exactly what you are doing, especially with the diet, and for sure up the protein to at least 250-300gm ed.

                            If you are going to run such a short cycle you should go with prop instead of E your test levels will build up much faster. And with that cycle I don't see any reason to waste money on HCG. My first cycle was 350mg of prop a week for 20 weeks I didnt use HCG and ended up gaining about 25 solid pounds while lowering my BF about 3-4%.

                              At that dosage of test I would think that it would do much. It has been 3 months since I have been off of my first cycle and I have yet to see any loss. I am actually a bit stronger now than the last few weeks of my cycle. BUT I am by no means an expert Just my opinion.
