If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I don't have any prob telling people to train naturally, I have a problem with people who train like gear users when they are natural. They will go in and do 4 sets of 5 exercises for a little muscle like biceps. WTF? It's your bicep, the very same muscle you work on back day. It's bery hard for people to let go of the 'more is better' thought process. More is only more, it's not always better.
on or off gear i dont even train biceps directly... i train 2 days a week only and people tell me i dont train enough lol...

It makes perfect sence. You are trying to build a foundation on which to add muscle. Imagine a house back when they were built with cornerstones. They would use the biggest stones they could find as the cornerstones. These would be the basis on which the entire house or building will be built. It's the same with muscle. You can't build a big building on a small and weak foundation, so why thingk you can with muscle. I think using lifts like deads, stiffs, squats, pull ups, bent overs, bench, dips,...etc...should be the foundation of a person's program.
