The ones from top pic are from Regent outta NY been around awile..Ones I usually use

its vet grade out of Australia. I like Sandoz 30 ml myself.

The Lg Bottles 100-500ml are easily found there just a lot lower MG than the Sandoz...Most ive seen anyway!

what is the usual doseage for b12 and what to expect

remember that you want methylcobalamin B12 not the cyanocobalamin B12. It is harder to find and more expensive though

At what rate is cyano converted to methyl b12?

I ask cause I already ordered the cyano version before this thread came out

Never used b12 but I understand it gives lots of energy.
