You have to get the right b12 for it to be real beneficial for the body otherwise it is a waste. Taking the right kind, sublingual is just as effective as injecting as the injectible version of good b12 is hard to find and expensive..
Most b12 supps are Cyanocobalamin. Methylcobalamin is what you want to look for. her is some info for you all:

most energy drinks use cyanocobalamin too, i wanna say red bull uses methylcobalamin which is why it costs more. just a nugget to share.Respectfully,
