Is this a brand of gear you normally use and have no problem? If not, it could be that you are using one of the 4000mg per ml brands (just exaggerating) which usually has a ton of BA in it. Yeah normally no pain at all, jsut a little tenderness. The other side of my glute was fine. Next time I do glutes I think I am going to hit the medius but I am not 100% sure where mine is? Where I think it is I cant really "feel" a muscle as I can in other parts so it makes me nervousComment

It could be the volume. Sometimes it's too much for that facia to hold and you damage it. It'll heal but it's sore. When I do 2cc's I go in deep with 1 1/2 and shoot 1cc, then I pull out 1/2 inch and shoot the other cc. This way it's in a different section of facia and it's not as sore. I also do this on biceps and it really helps there.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
