My first cycle was sust at about 300 or 350mg a week for three months. I had bottles, not amps and broke it into injections every three days. I know it's a low amount but I actually went from 170lbs. to 180 and managed to keep almost all the weight (mostly muscle, but a little fat too). I waited about four months and then did my second cycle -- also just sust but this time I had the 250mg amps and I did one amp ever three days (=580mg/wk) for three months. My weight shot up to 190 a couple weeks into the cycle and I was getting great pumps, but I was not able to lift heavier weights, stayed about the same. After cycle I quickly returned to about 183lbs. So now I'm just waiting to get my body back to normal and planning out my next cycle. What do you guys think would be good for me?

a general idea of what I'm lifting now with some basics.... my bench press is stuck at 205, squat is 275, lat pulldown 200, standing barbell military press 100, bent barbell row 155, bicep curl 80-90, deadlift 225-275 depending how I feel. I think my chest and shoulders need the most work; I don't think they're out of proportion but the poundages seem a bit light compared to my other exercises. chest in particular get fatigued quickly. I've tried different splits... working them less (1x every 9 days) thinking I needed more time to recover, more (2x every 8 days)... the weight's not moving! I'm off track, anyway, I didn't want to turn this into a training question. I'd like a basic cycle to assist me push me through this plateau.
I'm about 181-184lbs with 14%bf. at 191lbs my bf was about 12%.
I like sust only because I've done it, know how my body reacts to it. do you have ideas for what would be good add to the sust? or just use a more basic test?

no offense bro, but if those are your stats then i would say you have a lot more work to do before resorting to anabolics, but i guess you've already moved in that direction.
before you do another cycle, you need to sort your diet out. you should have gained far more weight on 580mg a week of test... and your bodyfat should be at or preferably below 10% naturally.
i don't know if this is addressed in the stickys (i haven't read them), but a certain level of discipline is required to get the most out of anabolics while minimizing the risks. get that first and you will see much better results.
-now the part that you will most likely listen to-
400mg deca/wk- weeks 1-10
25mg winstrol/day- weeks 5-10
this will build lean mass and has a low occurence of side effects. the winny will limit water retention and help strength greatly. the deca will lubricate your joints and is a great all purpose mass builder.
you will need to take in 2mg or protein per lb. of lean bodyweight to get the most out of this regimen. once again it all comes back to your diet.
i would seriously suggest working that out first...

good post! i agree with nish. u def should have gained more with the cycles, and with only gaining what u did u should have kept all of it. ur problem is diet no doubt. not eating enough and prob not eating the right foods. eat eat eat. and when u come off now ur body has to get used to the new mass which will take some time since u don't have the extra hormones in ur body. so its even more important to keep those calories up when u come off. you can't maintain a 190lb body when ur eating like someone who is 180 or whatever. and you also said u gained some fat while only having a gain of 10lbs. this makes me think what you are eating is garbage. with a gain of only 10lbs it should have been all lean mass and if you ate properly you would most likely lose fat, not gain.

this is what i eat.
protein: tuna, pork, low fat low sodium cottage cheese, flank steak or eye round, shrimp, swordfish and other fishes. sometime i eat low fat low sodium deli ham in a sandwhich with no fat cheese
carbs: granola, whole grain brown rice, whole wheat pasta, oatmeal, and certain whole grain breads. gotta be careful with breads cause alot are misleading, so u need to read label
fats: other than what comes from meat its flax oil or natural almond or cashew butter
veggies: brocc or salad. also i snack on cucumbers soaked in apple cider vinegar
shakes i use a protein blend, but since i am shedding BF i try and only have shakes if i can't eat. when i start trying to gain again i will add fruit for snacks and will eat lot of banana/ cashew butter sandwhiches
the ratios i've been using lately is 35% protein, 55% carbs and 10% fat. i've tried alot of ratios and this seems best for me. calories are adjusted to my goals and current bf%.
