I think I maxed out on what I can do naturally. I was about 150lbs when I started training. I'm eating constantly and well. but the gains have stopped.
Give the guy some credit here before you insinuate that he's not doing enough. He's put on some 20+ lbs. naturally beginning with a metabolism that is running off rocket fuel. I think he's come a long way considering I was exactly the same weight when I started and can sympathize.
I agree, but let me ask you something. How many people here waiting until they maxed out their genetic limits naturally before starting any kind of anabolics ?? Very few. There needs to be some diet changes and routine changes, but this will benefit him whether he uses AAS or not, so let him be the one to decide that. Do some more research Minotaur and get your cycles more aligned and making sense and then we'll go from there.
^ true... way too many people use too early.. probably most on this board hvae. so why not get this guy on the right road. then when he goes and uses again he'll be good to go.. thres no way hes going to get to his goals w/ that weight hes pushing.
imo waiting till u reached your genetic potential is not realistic for 90% of people. i also don't see how it is beneficial other than maybe lacking some well needed experience and knowledge in training and nutrition. if your old enough and know what to do in the other areas i see no problem with using juice before your at ur genetic potential.
I agree Ed.. that's not very realistic but I think you should have numbers WAY WAY higher than that .
A) he said he has been training naturallyf or awhile, but he is STUCK.. now hes going to use aas to get "un-stuck" thats a big no no.
B) his bench is 205, squat is 275, and Dead is like 250 (no offense bro its a great start but for what we do those are girl #s) ... If he got them all up a hundred LBS (which is very attainable goal IMO) he would GROW way better then his current training on gear.

I agree 100% with that, so if you decide to another cycle just keep it simple and run some test/dbol and you can throw in some eq/deca as well.
500mg test wks 1-12
25-30mg dbol wks 1-6
and you can add 300mg deca/400mg eq for 12 weeks if you decide to do so.
DIET,TRAINING,PCT need to be taking serious as well. While you are gaining info on your cycle dont neglect the other areas of bb lots of info on everything right here on this site so you wont have to search around too much to find out what you need to know.

I think he needs some Inhuman, IA, or DC
i agree, but you have to remember everyone has different mind sets. you are way ahead of the game for your age. take me for instance. i was like 120lbs in high school. all my friends were football players and big bastards, so i was always lifting with them. i made very little progress and gave up many of times. i started juicing when i didn't even look like i lifted a day in my life. i didn't know much about nutrition either. was this the correct way, nope not at all. i studied and studied juice. used my body like a big science experiment. all so i could come to one simple conclusion, which is diet is everything. i had been told for years that this was the case but i didn't listen. my point is that sometimes some people just need to learn their own way, from their own experiences, and all we can do is try to point them down the safest road possible.

alright... fair enough. I dont know which direction to pt him though so i'll let u do that
lol i try not to put anyone in any direction. i just share my experiences and people can take from it what they will. i just think it can be discouraging for people to hear "no, ur wrong, you gotta do it this way" if they are gonna harm themselves then yes they should be told that, but the way i look at it the best way to teach things like this is to guide people into coming to their own conclusions, not saying my way is best.
