I do my bi's just like Mick-G. Usaully on the inner. I go about 3/4 of an inch in and never over 1ml. I started to dart there for nothing more than another site, now i go there bc i love how prop makes it feel. With every squeeze theres a little pain...it drives me harder to squeeze each rep harder than the last!

I still have trouble doing the right bi, my left hand shakes like a leaf lol

i like shooting bi's. I always go at the peak on the inside of the vein that runs through there. It's probably the easiest place to shoot and i makes you feel like your arms are pumped all the time.

Anyone have experience with long esters in the bi's, as right now im just running long esters. I have always done only Sustanon and prop.

Isn't sustenon a long acting drug? I know its a blend of both short and long esters, but it still has a long half life. I think you answered your own question, but if you can handle sustenon and prop in your bi's then you can handle anything. For me though my enanthate hurts more than my prop/base when i hit bi's.

I was afraid to do bis for so long and when I finally tried them, I was very surprised at how easy it was. I use a 25g 1" for bis and I can feel it "crunching" through as it goes into the muscle fiber. I flex, make a peak, place my index finger on the peak and then straighten my arm out on a table leaving my finger in place. This ends up being the injection site. I probably would have never tried bis BUT scar tissue helped me to make up my mind.

HELL YES I SHOOT BI'S. THE EASIEST AND SMOOTHEST IS WHEN I USE WATER BASED WINNY, BUT I HAVE SHOT MAST, OIL BASED WINNY AS WELL. I AM A STRONG ADVOCATE OF SPOT INJECTIONS. I DO ON OCCASION HAVE A LITTLE SNORENESS BUT NOT MUCH.

SINCE I INJECT MYSELF, I WILL PRETTY MUCH SHOOT WHERE EVER I CAN REACH LOL

I shoot my tri's, but to skeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerd to shoot my bi's, but I want to!!!!

I'm the other way around bro... i'll shoot bi's but i am skurd to go for tris. Tris are harder to see what you are doing, even in the mirror. I shot bi's for the first time last week and it was one of my easiest injections ever... i hit a nerve the first time in which made my shoulder hurt a bit (wierd) but other than that smooth and painless.

You got me looking for a new site bigmofo, so yesterday I mixed up my cyp & deca and did 1cc in each bi. Didn't want to go any more than 1cc this time so I did both.

yep sure did. hit a vien in the left and have a small bruise but no pain & suffering. Did 1 1/2cc in left tri sun 1 1/2 in right tri yesterday and they were both sore yesterday and still a bit today, but still nothing in the bi's. today was strange finished propyesterday. I felt out of place not sticking myself somewhere

lol i know that feeling, almost like your not on! lol i have only done 1ml in tris i may have to try 1.5

i hit tris the other night for the first time and loved it, bi's for the first time last week. Got 2 new places to stick ... good since i'm running a 12 weeks eod injection cycle. I'm only half way through and i'm feeling a bit like a pin cushion...
