Who all shoots their bi's and tri's?

I shoot my tri's, but to skeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerd to shoot my bi's, but I want to!!!!

Yeah, i do both, but only if i use the Sustanon or a good clean or hg Prop. If you do them do the outer or inner, not the middle. I found this to be better. Its about 2 1/4" up from the elbow joint or down from where the armpit crease meets the joint. Very easy, i was a puss too at first, lol!

This is just me, but i got more soreness bigtime doing in the middle, and there seems to be more veins, vessels there as well. Ask Mikey, i think he will confirm at least the soreness part. Outer or inner is best, not in the middle. If you were to flex your bicep, inject about 1" off center on either side. I can't draw or id show you a pic, lol!

I use 1" 25guage and leave about 1/4" of needle out, of course this is depending on how big your bis are. Go straight in after of course swabbing with alcohol, not at an angle, and just inject slowly. Then pull out quickly and press with swab if you see blood, then cover with bandage. You will get good where there is no blood or leakage. Good luck!

i do and yes gets sore in teh middle and i usually shoot in teh middle between the 2 heads...

only once and my arm was purple and yellow for weeks.. must have pierced a decent sized vein.

I don't strech before i shoot them. Its kinda hard to do if impossible if your doing it by yourself. I just inject straight in, push slowly and pull out quick.

Never injected that much lol. When i did them i did Karachi and they did blowup for a time, yes.

2cc's is very little and will do very little in stretching the fascia. There is usually some localized swelling due to the injection that occurs. It is not the actual volume of the injection that does the stretching.
