Deca or EQ

Was wondering what any of your experiences/results with/from these 2 are, either alone or with test. Just doing some research.... Thanks!

Some questions I have:

1) The sides of deca I have heard of kinda scare me (deca dick in particular) is that very common or only with high dose?

2) If either of these ran with a test (cyp or en) cycle do they help to keep definition? (have read that before)

3) Is it worth running either alone?

I have never had deca dick even when i ran it alone, but I would not recommend running deca alone to anyone

If you are older i would run the EQ instead. Anyway, i liked the Durabolin (Nandrolone Phenylpropionate) better than the regular Deca, because it was faster acting and not as must bloat. The results were similar to equipoise, but gained more bulk off it. Add test for sure, especially if your worried about the dysfunction.

i love eq, one of my favorite compounds. at 400-600mg its great, vascular, tight, lean gains, increased hunger. test and eq is God sent. i never ran deca because i dont like to bloat. use liquidex, nolva and proviron and u wont hold much water.

for my current cycle I am running 750 test cyp(wk1-12), 600mgs deca(1-12), and 40mgs of dbol(wk1-4) and 1mg of arimidex and right now I am in the middle of week 4 and have gained about 22lbs so for me arimidex does not hinder gains

I'm still natural, just was wondering/doing some research. For a first cycle I think I would run text enan at probably 400mg/wk, adding EQ would be for a second cycle. Current stats are 29, 178 @ ~10%(?), 4 years serious training (have trained longer than that total, but before that it was on/off etc though high school and college)

it sounds to me like EQ weould be a better fit for you. you really shouldn't say 'deca' and 'definition' in the same sentence...LOL. EQ will give lean gains, vascularity, and it's much easier to keep than deca gains. i am doing both. i like the joint lubrication from deca.

Id just stick to enathate or cypionate @ 400-500mg/wk for 10-12 wks for a first cycle, nothing else, except maybe alittle ldex to help with bloat @ .25 mg ed. Use the Deca at 300-400mg/wk with test for a third or forth cycle. Gauge yourself on the test only cycle first. For a second cycle id add the EQ at 400-600mg wk, and some ppl split their dosages of it for more stable blood levels. You can always add aas later then you can see the results of each particular ester.

2 injections per week, both compounds have a long enough half life to inject once per week but blood levels will stay more stable with a monday-thursday split. so if your taking 400mg of test per week u shoot 200mg on monday and 200mg on thursday.

I used deca one time and it gave me deca dick, i was so pissed. Ive never used it since and always use Eq and it is really good stuff, the vascularity and pumps are very noticeable. I wasnt even using a high dose of deca either and using test and it did that so.....
