my diet is keyed in and i look like a freak with moon face from bloat on jsut test. the first few weeks kill me. so ill take my anit-e's i know tons of bros that due. thanks for your $.02 on who should be running gear though. i run the nolva, ldex and proviron the first 4 weeks of the cycle so the weight gain isnt that radical. i dont run it all the way through.

there are prescription drugs that will like dostinex and bromo... i'm just sayin- go for the cheap, less risky stuff first! you may be surprised with the results...

Skarhead, I run aromasin in all my cycles....are you calling me a *****? I hope not. I understand your point that a little bloat is harmless, but no need to be calling people *****es because they choose to be on the safe side.
BTW, 5-7 pounds of water can effect some peoples blood pressure significantly, so everyone is diff.

Exactly. It is not just about "keeping off the bloat." Personally, I don't give a crap about the bloat. It is about keeping aromatization to a minimum and keeping estrogen in check. You shouldn't go overboard on them though because you can cause your colesterol levels to climb (anastrozole).

I also see less acne while using ancilliaries while on.

I do feel I am prone (see my reply post above after micks question) The bloat doesnt bother me (hopefully it wouldnt be too bad as to have people at work wondering whats wrong with me) but gyno does scare me.
I am wondering should I run some anti-e throughout or just wait until my nips get sore and then run it for the rest of the cycle. I'm thinking my nips will get sore at some point in the cycle and have also heard/read that others do as wll without it ever advancing to gyno.. thats where I am confused right now

if the nips get tender to the touch or itch, start the nolva. there might not be a lump yet but if left unatended gyno could occur. once the lump is there it much harder to get rid of. if the itch or get sore run nolva 60mg for 2 days, 40mg for 10 days, and 20mg for the rest of the cycle.

how effective is the b6? how hard is it to get bromocriptine or dostinex? and which one is better? its hard tryin to find info on prevent gyno induced from tren or deca

i took B6 as a precaution. who knows- it may have worked, or i may have never gotten any prolactin-induced gyno from the deca. all i know is that for $3 a bottle of 200 (200mg) i'm sticking with it.

bromo and dostinex aren't controlled substances, so you can order them form foreign pharmacies like you could clomid or nolvadex.

i have done both bro .
cyp and deca cyp and eq
gained just a lil bit more size with deca BUT just a lil and with eq i was more cut up veins, etc

If you are considering using Deca, i would definately go with nandrolone-phenylpropionate (the fast acting Deca) instead. If used it and had less sides being bloat and shutdown less with it, but it still took me a good three months to recover. If you tend to get shut down fast, i would def go with EQ instead.
