Skar, I do not respond as well as others using AAS. BUT, I have never had to go above 1g of test (on a test only cycle). I respond much better to stacks. This enables me to keep the test dosage down. However, when you add the stack amounts up, I am still using over 1g of compounds a week.
I don't think the "body's response" to AAS is easily explained. There are quite a few factors involved. It probably involves receptor response as well. 2g of test is just stupid even when taking into consideration that "everyone is different."

i think that much for the first time is excessive regardless of stacked/test alone aas...no way that could benefits of that outweigh the sides u more than likely will experience as per say something like 600-800mg where the gains would still be substantial....

dc only reccommends a g if the user requires that. DC just doesn't like people taking a lot of chances in getting the gear and he thinks test is one of the easiest to get.

oh and as far as mega dosing goes I'm very much against it. I'm very much for very very low doses.

oh and btw... im running 450mgtest and 300mg masteron... pretty moderate cycle

Both cell lines express DOR but only GT1-1 cells express androgen receptors (AR). DOR mRNA levels were maximally decreased by ~45% in NG 108-15 cells and by ~38% in GT1-1 cells exposed for 24 h to 10-6 M nandrolone. This action was partly due to a decrease in the rate of transcription of DOR mRNA and was not blocked by the androgen antagonist flutamide. Flutamide antagonized the repression of AR mRNA induced by nandrolone. The synthetic glucocorticoid dexamethasone (10-6 M) did not modify DOR steady-state transcripts in either cell line. These results suggest that nandrolone presumably regulate DOR mRNA levels through mechanisms independent of the androgen and glucocorticoid receptors.

yeah, all compounds are different, I can agree. BUT, what is it that makes 2 grams of test MORE dangerous than 2 grams of other gear stacked??

How would it be worse or more dangerous......

The excess testosterone that does not bind to the AR converting to estrogen.

Opinions have nothing to do with scientific medical facts. How your body responds to gear has EVERYTHING to do with receptors...basic biochemistry right there...

HRT dosages for men (average) are about 200mg of usually test cypionate every 2-4 weeks. At this dosage, it may be even BELOW what the average natural test levels in that male are "supposed to be."

HRT/TRT use much lower dosages then we would, as far as I know. Id like to see something on if receptors can become saturated and such, either way 2g is still too much for a first timer..

I am just wondering... If this is the only place some of you have heard of androgen receptors, how did you think AAS was used by the body. I am not trying to be a smart ass. I really am curious though.
