    Thank u all...i told u to drop the gh and the t3, no need for that now... and bulk up first, u need that size max.... don't worry about putting fat, it's normal....

    the only reason max wants to use teh gh and t3 so he doens't get fat....but max, deal with it bro..all good

      You can eat clean, just write down a diet plan to make sure you have your calories up. Then all you have to do is eat everything on your list for the day. Don't forget the fats! (olive oil, etc...)

                  me too mikey. I love bloat.. makes me look fuller.. My body isnt peaky to begin w/ so you can hardly notice a difference. plus i LOVE the strength gains that come w/ bloat
