    that won't work if you want to be ripped, striated and vascular.It will keep you "lean" but you wont get ripped. You need to decide whats more important to you right now, sustaining 200lbs+ or shredding down. Body Building is an art of illusion, you can be a ripped 190lber and look 215 or so. The # on the scale doesn't mean shit imo.

      i agree with the scale annalogy,(butchered that word) lean is what i am after at this point. and i do know what you mean, rip dudes can give the appearence of being bigger. not looking for "shredded", just lean and large. i do appreciate your input nate-thanks
