  • OK! At long last... my cycle.

    Here it is:

    Week 1-12 Test cyp 500/wk
    Week 1-10 Deca 300/wk
    Week 6-14 Var 40-50mg/ed
    Week 14-18 clomid therapy 300/150/100...
    Week 1-22 Nolva as needed
    Week 1-14 HCG 500 every 5th day.

    Stats 215lb about 17-20%bf
    The goal is to add maybe 15-20 lbs of muscle and loose about 10lbs. of fat.
    Last cycle was a while ago and not so large so receptors should be fresh.
    Would like to finish at about 220 and 12%bf

    Considering switching to GH at the end of the cycle to continue fat loss/maintain gains. Can't do it now for various reasons but could probably do 4ius 5on/2off starting in Aug or Sept when this cycle is over.

    Any advice would be welcome.

    Cycle looks very solid. I'm sure everyone will want to critque it just a bit. But overall, I like what I'm seeing.

    GH....can't comment on that, but others will

    *Good luck bro, and keep that diet clean/low sodium, as you will already bloat a little from the deca/test. Aside from that, that's a good looking cycle for solid mass gains...Shiner

                  ok if u are dropping gh at the end of week 22 or 23...With no doubt i don't recommend to drop in eq since eq is good for 14-16 weeks and that is about 38 weeks cycle....too bad on ur receptors and liver and kidney as well....
                  u can continue ur test at 250 mg and no more than that and drop some fast acting like winny or tren and clen as well...and u should be set....

                      I think you're setting yourself up, bro. You are going to have a really hard time eating enough food to facilitate the kind of growth you expect, while losing 10 lbs fat.

                      I'd suggest that you pick one goal, cut or bulk. The cycle above will facilitate either. Diet is what separates the two, not gear.

                      Good luck!

                      PS: drop the Nolva unless you start getting symptoms of gyno. If you do start to get gyno, take 25mg/day until symptoms are gone.

                            He'll sacrifice some degree of gains. 500mg Test is light enough not to worry about preventive measures to stave off gyno. If he's one of those rare guys who get's progyno from Deca, Nolva's not going to do him any good - he'll need either bromo/dostinex.

                              IMO, the degree of gain sacrifice is miniscule. 10-20mg nolva ed helps keep acne to a minimum with me. Everyone is different though.
