      Update:

      I've been trying my best with my diet and program. Since the last time I'v posted I've gone from benching 115 : ( to 130. Gained weight in ALL my exercises. I feel better but not nearly satisfied. I'v been told I look a little bigger which is good. Summer starts wednesday and my goal is to add at least 15 lbs over the summer and to be able to rep my weight in benching by the end of summer. The other day some guy was trying to sell me some HGH but I said no. I was tempted though. Another guy also offered me steroids too. I keep having urges lol. Hopefully if I stick with everything I'll achieve my goals : ).

            no. The original tbomb was ok but it was a ph. You don't need any of that. You just need to keep plugging along. How much weight have you gained? If you need to up the cals on the diet I gave you.

              I weighed myself yesterday and I've gained 6lbs since mid April! Does that sound ok?

                sounds really good. just keep it up. 6 lbs is not much less then you would have gained if you would have juiced. Damn 6 lbs is a lot.think if you gain 4lbs a month till the end of the year. That would be about another 25 lbs. keep it up your doing really well.

                  I have a problem and its really worrying me.
                  2 workouts ago I lost reps in my triceps exercises. This last workout I lost a rep in bench and an entire set on my incline which Iv done before. Why am I getting weaker? I know it's not overtraining because I hit one muscle group one time a week. Whats wrong, I;m worried.

                    It`s probably your form is bad..or you`re not resting enough btw sets.

                      Use a stopwatch to measure the time in between sets. You'll be surprised at the difference 30 seconds can make.

                        I do and its a minute everytime. I didn't eat much the past few days. Could that be why?
