    listen to everyone..... a lot of us know from experience that its stupid to start at your age... you will screw yourself up down the line...

    Not to mention your just starting out... learn how to lift and eat properly before you move on.

      I talk to a trainer alot so I try to pick his brain as often as I can. But those days come when im pissed off and frustrated and I wanna be mr.swol diesel and punch out everyone in my path lol.(One of those days just happened).Up till 4am too.

      But if I turn into a lean mean sexin machine by listening toy ou guys lol Then I'll buy a round for everyone. In the form of an IOU of course : ).

        Yea but I should be doing much better strength wise. Everytme I gain 5 lbs in bench or curls.I gain weight overall so I'll never be able to do my weight lol.

        It's actually 7 lbs since Thanksgiving because I had just gotten done with mono and i lost 3 lbs during that time.Sucked.
        I appreciate all the advice btw and I was wondering I have a big tub of Cell-Tech. Does thats stuff work good?

          At 16 you shouldn`t even think about steroids little bro.. Listen to these guys, they know what they`re talking about. Deca is a powerful drug for everyone and can mess you up pretty badly if you don`t know what you`re doing and even if you do 16 is not young is TOO YOUNG. Screw creatine, and other supps..only get some whey protein or try out Muscle Milk..

          Your Diet, Training, Rest will be key factosr for your growth .. I`ve seen many kids like you who were saying they are too skinny now they are in their early 20`s and are monsters without geaR..

          keep it safe.

            Thx for the input, I think I should eat properly huh lol.I never really looked at it as u can makeup for workouts but not for meals.

              I don't like creatine at all and plus I play soccer so i dont want to dehydrate myself.
              Eventually when Im in my 20s it's ok to take roids thogh right?

                Yes, By the time you hit your 20's, you can start hitting the roids without worry about selling yourself short.

                Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

                    You are an intellegent kid for doing your homework.

                    When I started lifting, I weighed 160lbs (5'11"). I got up to 205-210lbs in 4 years before I started AAS at the age of 25.

                      you are just like me played soccer all my life skinny guy all the way through until I was done with High school after that it all changed. Just give it time and right now concentrate on eating right and geting good workouts in. If you do this when you are finally ready to use you will not be sorry.

                          cig...whoever told you deca is a mild steroid..they lied. It is one of the harsher ones IMO.
                          Trust us....you dont need juice, and frankly, with your diet you wouldnt gain anything except water, and maybe some tities!!

                          Food is the most anabolic substance in the world. use it. eat whenever you get a chance. i see someone mentioned musclemilk...get some! Good stuff ther..especially for hard gainers like yourself.
                          Also, no more than 3 days in the gym..and no more than an hour in the gym. Overtraining can be as bad as no training. Make your workouts simple, and intense..no need to spend all day.

                          stick around brotha, we are all willing to help you with whatever.

                            Last night I ate myself tired. Yogurt, chicken breasts, 2 plates of pasta, lots of fruit, 2 eggs and a protein shake.Half was after my workout.Felt good. Then this morning I ate a bagel, yogurt, bowl of cheerios, more fruit, and packed 2 protein bars to snack on. I get paid Friday so thats when I'll go get muscle milk : )

                              Just remember try and eat as much real food as possible try to not rely on protein powders and protein bars. Also start that food journal, then if you want to make sure you are getting enough in post it here and we will help you out with it. There are a lot of people that have been in the game a lot longer than you and I and still need help with their diet and workout routine.

                                add more protein to your breakfast....50grams per meal!! try getting protein from different sources as well. meaning 2-3 different protein sources per meal. carry whey protein with you everywhere. this way if ya find yourself with limited protein in a meal just add some whey with water!! your headed in the right direction bud!! keep it up
