Re: Cutting not working...what do you think?

i too am far from a cutting expert. i know that diet is a much more important factor than drugs,. BUT doesn't anybody else think that that is too much gear, especially test, for a cutter?

throw in some cardio, and no carbs after five.....hell that's all i got, bro.

i would say no unless he really is prone to water retention. which is def possible if he is only drinking a gallon a day and not watching the sodium

Re: Cutting not working...what do you think?

A good point on the sodium. Actually, my weakness is foods that contain sodium and sugar. It's really strange.....I NEVER EVER eat ANY kind of actual 'sweets'. However, I began researching the content of the foods I was eating (beyond basic cal, pro, carb, fat), and found out that many of the foods I regularly eat contain much sugar. The foods I struggle with are high in carbs and fat...so I cut those out long ago. But it wasn't until 2 weeks ago that I learned about how devestating sugar can be. Even my protein bars/supps have sugar in them. Do you think that's my problem, or what? b/c the rest of my diet should be dead-on.....thanks for the help bros. I've got to be just one or two factors off.....peace, Shiner

hey bro to me it looks like your not taking in enough calories ot lose weight i know this sounds funny but here me out. I have doen some losing of weight. OK add in a hlaf of cup of oats plain with your break fast delete the bacon and uip the eggs to 6. at 10 am try and have some brown rice or a sweet potatoe with your protein shake or you can add a 1/4 cup of oats to your shake(this is what i do). right after you lift take both of those scoops of protein right away then within an hour have some kind of lean meat with about 50 more grams of protein. your last meal make a salad with lots of meat on it. no dressing maybe a little olive oil and vinegar on it or salsa. When i cut i still get over 300 grams of protein in a day and i can see the weight come off also try splitting your cardio up into 2 30 min session morning and night

Re: Cutting not working...what do you think?

Sounds interesting; i've actually heard this before that many people actually lower their cals too much, and thus the body will now hold on to everything that you eat. You're right, it does sound funny but does make since.

All right, I'll try all this stuff, for 2-3 wk. Maybe I'll lose a couple of pounds. If so, then that was it. Sounds like my problem was fairly simple:
                Eat more cals
                Eat less sugar
Up cardio to 1 hour....hopefully that's it....thanks guys, we've gotta be close to figuring it out now....Shiner

i would almost be willing to put money on the fact you will lose weight if youchange those few small things also with your last 2 meals add in some flax oil or udo's oil this will give you some good oils to help you get threw the night and also just a few more cals. i noticed that it gave me nicer shits also
