I read a journal on intense training, 18 lbs and 2% less bf in 3 weeks? With no before and after pics? Do you guys actually buy this?

As for the journal...whos journal and who/how were measurements performed? I don't put much stock in random journals found on the www.

correct me if I'm wrong.... but is that not a webiste for a competitor of IBE.... Did you think they would be praising IBE and saying how good their products are???
As for the 18 lbs and 2% less bodyfat in 3 weeks.... well that sounds pretty unrealistic to me.... But I have seen other journals at anabolicminds and anaolicmonsterz that look pretty promising.

AvantLabs is a supplement company. Just like Egropharm, EAS, BSN, etc. They are not competitors by any mean. If you read the description they give, they try to confuse the layman with fancy sounding verbage that really means nothing. They claim it is orally bioavailable. Hmmm, you dont think a multibillion dollar pharmacuetical company would figure out this technology? No, a research company did...right. They claim they borrowed it from some pharm company, hard to believe that as well. Im not even sure if IGF-1 injections are all that great, let alone oral. Feel free to waste your money. Only way Id use it if it were free. Id much rather buy some test.

WOAAA, no need to call them a scammer. They have a very good reputation and that is the worst thing you can say to anyone here, so proceed with caution before you start making accusations.

If you would read up on it and NOT blast a good company you would know it does NOT even go that for. It is already absorbed before it hits there

Okay last time Im going to post on this...really. Loki, a very knowledgeable person, asked these questions on Anabolicminds, and IBE did not even bother to try answering them. And I qoute:

I'm with you on this one bro. But I will also look forward to Crank's journal. I personally think supplements suck! Creatine and protein are the only things I spend my money on from those companies, and I buy my vitamins at Wal-Mart. And like you said about the injection type igf, I have done it and didn't get shit. But........everybody and their brother swears on the stuff. Why didn't it work for me though? I've been told I should have been taking in 600g of protein. I say horseshit. If 300-400g of protein didn't give me results then it either does not work for me or my gear went bad.
