Well I'm going to address some of the issues that haven't been as far as I can see.
1. You stated that you never really had any problems with gyno before. I would watch yourself very closely with this because the very first thing I thought when I saw your pic was that it looks like you have some slight gyno.
2. You list the different aas compounds that you have but not how much of each. Give us the quantities you have of each so that were not recommending cycles with amounts and durations that you don't even have enough aas to do to begin with.
3. You want to bulk up and stay cut. Many people will say that you can not do both. This is not true. You can add mass and cut u8p at the same time but it is a much longer process than if you "bulk up" and then "diet down". So you have to decide if you want to go the fast route or the long one. Once you decide this, then I can give you a proper nad correct answer as to what your diet should look like.
Let us know bro. You have an excellent, good quality base to work with. I'm 5'11" too at about the same bf but weigh 240 so you can definitely go up with no problem!
