Hey guys it is that time again. I have been away for a while, but lifting moderatly the last few months. I have been hitting the gym real hard lately and will continue till i die this time

I m wanting to bulk up. I have pretty good abs and want to be cut also. But that isn't my concern. I posted my pic in my avatar so I could say look at that little *****!!! I want everyone to keep me motivated. And will do the same for everyone else.
My plan on eating.
I plan on eating as much protein as possible. Inkman had set me up on a good plan before. 50%protein 40% carb 10% fat
I eat like 6 times a day, and drink as many protein shakes as possible. But they get old.
1 year ago I weighed 175. I have came along way but I want to be 225, of lean muscle.
My plan on AAS is this. Note not my first cycle
I have eq, test enan, prop, and d-bol. I do want to stack d-bol with my cycle for the fast gains, and the quick bulking even though it leaves you pretty quick.
Out of those 5 AAS line me up with a strict diet plan, and dosage.
my last cycle was
400mg deca a week
500mg test enan a week
30mg d-bol first 2 weeks
and last 2 weeks
never really had any problems with gyno. I have nolva on hand. What should I use as a pst?
