25 or 23 gauge 1.5 inch in the glutes, 25 guage 1 inch everywhere else.

Just switched to 25g and OMG the difference LOVED IT!! i can shot with 25 10 times a day and be happy!

If anyone ever used the Mexi Sustanon redi-Jects that were pre loaded with an 18G needle then you know that a 22 is nothing.A F'n 18G HURTS!!!!!!!!!

D%#$ that had to hurt! you can use a 25g easily but just warm up your gear before injecting.

I use 23's at 1" because I also get them for free.
I use 18's (also free) to draw up with but I draw a week or two at a time while the 18 is still in the septum so as not to destroy it. I cap the syringes with a new 23 and put them in a zip-lok.

I know some of you will say I am taking a chance because the caped syringes are not air tight but I feel you reduce some risk of contamination by reducing the number of times you break the seal on your vial.

Either way, I have never had a infection.

me too. i draw up my whole cycle at once with an 18, never had a prob. put the 25 5/8 on to shoot, i hate long needles.

Yea.....I'm with you on that too.

It's not the pain because once you break through the skin you don't hit any more pain receptors unless you strike a nerve, but the farther in you go the odds of hitting a nerve increases, and that really burns.

I know of people who've shot dope and couldn't get the syringe to back out cause the sharp curled as in the photo. Somethin' ta think about folks......
