i ment that he has to shoot it atleast 2 times per week, every 3rd day would work better and eod would be ideal but i dont think shooting eod for a first cycle is a good idea, too many sticks might turn him off to gear. He wouldnt want to waste the short esters like the prop by shooting once a week.

shooting it twice a week is still pretty much wasing it his best bet is to get a single long ester if he can't get it shoot the sust E3D
