I have to say yes. When i first started cycling i only hit side head of tris and delts and side heads blew up like mad. Still bigger than rest of tris. Recently started hitting bis and they are catching up to tris now. I also ran last cycle hitting mostly glutes and my wife started singing baby got back so i switched to my old pattern again =)

I need to try site injections myself to determine if they are effective. The big problem I have with them is that my muscles start to twitch when I get the 23 gauge 1" needle half way inside my tri's or delts and my ***** ass always pulls the pin back out. I need to get a hold of some micronized winny and/or suspension and try site injections with a slin pin. I have heard the slin pins can be just as effective without as much and/or twitching.

I did not vote but I will say that my delts and bi's have responded to injections.

And I have never even TRIED winny or suspension. I personally think the difference it made in my two bodyparts were due to the sheer volume of the injection itself.

But now I am curious about the whole winny spot injection thing.

I think it works ! I've been shooting into my delts lately and looks like bigger fuller in size but maybe not cause of my diet everything is getting better ! The glutes inject does seem to bring the ghettoish booty ...

Yes it works.. Biceps, Triceps..but I
d say as soon as you stop.. those gains go away.

well in small muscles like biceps the only reason it works i cause your filling them with oil the fact your injecting there and that muscle is growing because the test is concentrated there i find hard to believe..... if spot injections worked then wouldn't most body builders have glutes the size of a rino???

You know ive done some site injects in laggin body parts and all i noticed was a lot of pain. i dont buy in to the whole site inject way of thinking

ive used way more oil than I should have in my delts, and I do see a lot more size and separation in the muscles. id like to try it on my biceps one day with something mild, my last cycle I was useing test prop. I tryed bicep injections but just couldn't get used to the pain.

so I have mixed feelings on the subject. id like to test it out more before I can really say for sure.

I havent read all the replies but I use site inj's alot and they do have a localized swelling effect that is killer. Thing is, about 3-4 wks later the swelling goes down a bit.

I like them for temp swelling.

It depends. I beieve in the site injecting for the water based or even tren quite possibly. But not with oil-based IM juice. nope.
