    when im bulkin, i get a Fat Boy from my juice bar. 80grams of protein, 9 grams of fat, 200grams of carbs.


    when i diet, 40grams of dextrose, 40grams of whey with water, glutamine

        Personally i prefer to stray away from any kind of fat after my workout..... you dont want to slow down protien absorbtion post-workout and thats exactly what the fats are doing.

              Olive oil consists mainly of omega-3,6 This will not slow down protien absorbtion at all, this is monosaturated, not polysaturated. Omega-3,6 are nessicary for muscle growth.

              Natual peanut butter would also work. I juse use Olive oil cause its the most handy for me.

                20 oz. o orange drink and healthy n fit 100% whey. It has 45g protein/ 3g carb/ 1g fat. Vanilla ice cream flavor whey and orange drink tastes like creamsicle.
