when i dont want to go to the gym, i watch pumping iron or look at my Arnold body building book, i also have a playlist on my mp3 player that gets me pumped. if i am tired i look in the mirror and say stop being a B!t*h. i also like to flex in the mirror.
the main thing is gettint to the gym once i get there i wont sit around. so the hardest thing is gettin off my @ss after a hard day of work.
i never break my workout rotuine, i lift 6 days a week.
when i feel like im in a rut i change up the workouts. hope this helps.
