Currently, 6' 200 lbs 15% bf. Haven't cycled in 5 years, but have been lifting with high intesity for that entire time.
Objective: Hard and lean for summer. Don't really care about putting on a ton of weight, as long as I'm hard and lean. The diet is tight. Cardio is rockin'. About to start this cycle:
1 - 10 50mg prop/eod
1-10 400mg EQ/wk
1-6 40mg Var/ed
7-10 50mg Win/ed
Alternate:
Clen 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 120x8 days;
epherdrine for 2 weeks.
PCT.
Any last minute advice?
