  • New Member, need help

    Hey girls and guys. I am a new member for about a week now and I have been trying to get some info regarding what to take. I am going to start a cycle of winny today. How much should I take and how often. I am f/110lbs/5'3. Please help. Thanks

    first ill say welcome second why are you wanting to do a whinny only cycle , you need 50 mg ed of whinny for 6-8 weeks if thats what your gonna do

          I want results fast but with little side effects. I do not know anything about any of these roids. Winny is what I can get for sure.

            you should do some research in our anabolic profile fourm . test prop, test cyp and enat. are all godd choices at 500mgs or more a week

                My goal is to get muscle. Right now I do not have any. I am skinny. I want to gain a little weight but I want to be firm. I also want to tryout for the fire academy but in order to pass the endourance test I need alot of help and fast. I am a 26 yr old female with no previous cycle experience or training. I need lots of help. I have skinny legs and want to build muscle on them. Any advise you shall give me will be very helpful.

                  Go to the womens forum below. We have several experianced women here who are much better suited to give you advice. There is a lot of difference between what men use and what women do.
                  The ladies are very helpful

                      Muscle takes time, gear will help, but only after you've learned the movements and how to train. Start by researching the diffrerent exercises.

                      What is on the test? Then set up your training for that, start by cardio and sprint training, along with weight training. You'll need to set up a training routine, try 4 days on 3 days off. Try to time your workout to not go over 45 mins.

                      Day 1 am cardio, pm chest.
                      Day 2 pm back and bicepts.
                      Day 3 off
                      Day 4 am sprint training, pm tricepts and delts.
                      Day 5 off
                      Day 6 am cardio, pm legs.
                      Day 7 off

                        On the test is alot of running and stairs. I also need alot of upper body strength to drag a 175 lb dummy. All the events are done with a 50 lbs weighted vest.
