I like delts, glutes, both heads of biceps, side head on tris, rear tris, hard to hit though. I may have to try the traps and see how they go.You may not recognize your mom when you get home, I shaved her back.

I love delts.
Traps don't hurt but they sure as hell feel funky for a couple of days after.
Cant' stand glutes. No pain, but I hate sitting on that ball of oil.
I love quads.
Haven't tried calves, bi's, tri's, or chest yet. Would kind of like to try tri's. How bad are they? I can put up to 2cc's in my delts and 3cc's in my quads, figure my tri's would be good for 2cc's?Comment
