I like pecs the best - so easy. I'll also hit quads, glutes, traps (difficult angle though), delts - and I've tried lats and bi's. I'd rotate all of them but bi's and calves (I just don't like these sites).
Behemoth, if you shoot higher on the glute, say just 2-3 inches below your waistline, you won't have to sit on that pocket of oil. Just stay away from the hip joint, and shoot to the "back" rather than the side.Comment

If I could aspirate better with one hand I'd do glutes. till then its still gonna be quads.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
