It does get expensive as my provider BCBS considers fertility drugs elective.

That is true for most providers and the cost of hcg and/or clomid will seem like nothing compared to the first trip to a fertility clinic for testing My sperm count test was the only cheap part - and the only part where I got to read a Hustler.

I already took that trip did about three tests on the blood and a sperm analysis. It costs over seven hundered dollars. To submit and get partialy covered you have to claim it as an erectile dysfunction, as they will not pay if it is fertility issue. Suprisingly my insurance covered everything except my deductable, which is $100., but they gave me a real hard time, and i even called to get an approval and made sure the hopital used the right code when remitting the bill. Anyway, there was only one hospital in my area that could accomadate. They had three Playboys and one Hustler. also a video of some girl and a guy doing it next to a horse...lol!, but nothing else in the room. It would have been better if the nurse could have given me a hand..pardon the pun.
