Fertility Question

I did last cycle about 2 1/2 months ago. It was 500mg EQ, 600 cyp and, dbol 35mg first six weeks. I did standare pct. My wife and i are now trying to conceive. Will i be infertile? Oh, i also doing HCG. Or about how long will it take to be feritle again?

the testes produce sperm and test, but does the shutting down of test stop sperm production?

Well, i went to see an endrocronogist about 7 months ago and my test in the blood was low. I went on cycle, like i said, and i've been off cycle about 2 1/2 months. he told me to take HCG 3-4K IU 3-4 time a wk. and so far nothing. I just wonder if there is something else i can be doing for this?

Yes the testes prod sperm and testosterone..and yes, exogenous test will cause them to atrophy..and yes, that will shut down sperm production...sooo, see my 1st response. This I think is an example of poor planning and "research" by a gear user.

Poor planning? I don't get your assumption, i have already gone to an endrocronoligist. What would a urologist do that an endro can not? My test in the blood is low yes. As far as your remark about poor planning and more research, please don't make assumptions about me without facts. I'm going to see a endro. What can a urologist do that an endro can't? All im fishing for is what i can do to get the test up naturally in the blood along with the HCG, which so far isn't doing much. I do have clomid, so i will use it also, what dosage? They are 50mg tabs.

I dont have a clue as to dosages..my comment was in regard to the fact that you were apparently unaware that atrophied nuts equals no sperm. That is like a 6th grade biology question. See guys, this is why this is dangerous...no flame..just a fact. I really wish you the best as I know what it is like to have fertility issues; what irks me is that some people--not you specifically as I do not know you--do all this stuff without thinking, understanding or even knowing (if that is even possible) all the possible ramifacations when they try to have a life outside the gym. Hence, you guys are trying to start and family, and oops..you may have a problem.

Thank you PL456 for your knowledge and replys, as this is exactly the reply i was looking for. I just wanted people to know the consequences of gear use and i put it out there for all to see. I hope some younger users will possibly think twice about the concequences of gear use, especially higher dosages, and for their future in fertility later in life.

I have come off AAS twice to get the wife pregnant. Both times it took about 4 months. Using HCG is the best thing for it. Clomid helps also. I usually use HCG during cycles though so the nuts stay in working condition (even if they aren't actually doijng anything).

One of my best friends, who had been on for about 4 years without a break, came off to get his wife pregnant and after 5 months on HCG (under a doctor's supervision) his sperm count went from literally zero to 197 million (well above the W.H.O. averages).

mcbvr6, we have only been trying for about 2 1/2 months. I do take the HCG about 3K IU three times a week. I have taken clomid for pct, but not for this. What would you say is a good dosage? 50mg ed? I am going back to endro in two weeks, but i just want to get some opinions first.

50 mgs per day is fine. It doesn't take much to get them working if you have been taking hcg.

The issue is more whether you are trying to fully recover or just start creating sperm again. If you just want the sperm, don't take clomid at all. Just take the hcg. You will have a little crash when you come off but your sperm count will be much higer in the short run. If you are trying to recover completely, stop taking hcg at this point and switch to clomid. When I did it I went for full recovery because I didn't know how long it was going to take and I didn't want to be stuck taking hcg for a year or however long it took.
