Last night while I was doing bench I did one ugly rep, now I can't move my shoulder. The pain is in the front corner of my shoulder, my partner said it was my anterior. Is time the only remedy?

Did you warm up properly before you started benching? If it is that bad I would take a week off from the gym. You could still do you leg workouts though... Dont want to make it any worse... Time will be your best bet.... Hope everything gets better....

Heat and anti-inflammatories until you see an MD. Let it heal.

You need to be sure you didn't rupture your pectoralis major tendon. Usually you will get bruising on your upper arm and may see a deformity of the pec muscle wher it ties into the shoulder area. This is a surgical problem (as I can personally attest to) and if you wait too long it can not be repaired. You need to see an orthopedist or sports medicine doctor asap.
