anybody do there cardio in the evenings

    When cutting - I start at 20 min/2x day. Since your body does get used to it - I add 5 minutes to each session each week. After 8 weeks, you're at 2 hrs/day, but then start dropping more carbs and add in clen and T3 to keep the body an inferno over the following 8 weeks.

      Doing mine at 11:30 pm. I work 2nd shift. I think that morning cardio my be a mental thing...but it does get you going earlier in the day.

        so true, when i do cardio in the morning, it feels like my mood is better throughout the day and my more productive.
