Oh yeh her husband is a plastic surgen so some of that weight is in her "DDD"

she is staying on t-3 too long bro try 8 weeks then 8-10 weeks off throw in some eca that brand of t-3 sucks from what i hear get her to tyr som liquide stuff like www.researchkits.com

I'm going to order her some LiquidClen & LiquidTHY from Researchkits. Can you tell me some how much & how often she needs to take it.
And I guess you can put the drops in any liquid..ie..water,protien shakes....etc?

They look good to me.
Clen should be very noticeable. at 120mcg, she should definately feal the jitters.RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

i would do 80 mcg of clen ed 2 weeks on two off
run a eca the two weeks when off clen
i would do the t-3 like this
day 1-7 12.5 mcg
day 7-20- 25 mcg d
day 20-35 50 mcg
day 35-45 25 mcg
day 45-55 12.5 mcg
day 55-70 12.5 mcg eod
then she could start aging after a 1-2 mth break
she needs to do cardio 4-5 times a week at 45-50 min sessions
keep her diet super clean 1800 cal or less
