  • T3 & Clen???

    Mysister got these from her trainer and she says she has'nt got anything from them. Are they legit???

      look real to me how long has she been on it takes time to work also her dietand cardio must be perfect

        She's been on it for about 4 months and heres what he has here doing :::

        T3
        .5 tab5-days
        1 tab-5days
        1.5 tabs 10 days
        1 tab 5-days
        .5 tab 5days
        30 days off

        Clen
        5 a day
        3days on 2 days off

        She eats VERY Strict, Trains 5 days a week, Runs 3 miles 4days a week and walks on treadmill for an hour the other 3
        Shes 5'7
        WT 157
        BF 10% (maybe)
        Age 41
        She said she wants to look like a gazel!!
        Oh yeh her husband is a plastic surgen so some of that weight is in her "DDD"

          she is staying on t-3 too long bro try 8 weeks then 8-10 weeks off throw in some eca that brand of t-3 sucks from what i hear get her to tyr som liquide stuff like www.researchkits.com

            i would have done the clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, then repeat and eca on the off weeks

              I'm going to order her some LiquidClen & LiquidTHY from Researchkits. Can you tell me some how much & how often she needs to take it.
              And I guess you can put the drops in any liquid..ie..water,protien shakes....etc?

                They look good to me.

                Clen should be very noticeable. at 120mcg, she should definately feal the jitters.

                    i would do 80 mcg of clen ed 2 weeks on two off
                    run a eca the two weeks when off clen
                    i would do the t-3 like this
                    day 1-7 12.5 mcg
                    day 7-20- 25 mcg d
                    day 20-35 50 mcg
                    day 35-45 25 mcg
                    day 45-55 12.5 mcg
                    day 55-70 12.5 mcg eod
                    then she could start aging after a 1-2 mth break
                    she needs to do cardio 4-5 times a week at 45-50 min sessions
                    keep her diet super clean 1800 cal or less
